  • Product Warranty
    All equipment by ImageMicroDerm comes with a lifetime warranty on internal components, machinery, and motor. Tubes, hoses and tips, are covered for 6 months. All equipment purchased from ImageMicroDerm is to be used and operated by a qualifi ed, trained professional only. The warranty does not cover the damage caused in transit, improper installation, excessive use, or alteration of the unit. Opening the machine will void warranty. The warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original owner. Accessories and replacement parts may be available for purchase.

  • Shipping and Handling Policy
    All products are shipped F.O.B Los Angeles, CA.

  • Return Policy
    All new equipment can be returned within 10 days of the date in which it was received. This means that the package must be postmarked within 10 days of the arrival date to the customer. Do not throw away original box of the machine. All returns must be called in advance for a Return Authorization Number (RA). Without one, we cannot accept any returns. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs for both directions of shipment, as well as a 30% restocking fee. All sales are fi nal on any demo or refurbished machines. ImageMicroDerm will not accept any returns after 10 days. Once the contract has been signed, it may only be cancelled with the agreement of the seller ImageMicroDerm Inc, if the transaction is approved for cancellation, there will be a 30% restocking fee. Additionally, not all orders will be eligible for cancellation after the date of placement.This includes in stock items which have already been shipped, and when the item is already in production.

  • Manufacturer Defects
    In the event of defect in materials or workmanship, our obligation shall be to offer free labor and parts for repair or replacement, solely at our opinion. Our trained service department will determine what the defect is.

  • Damages
    All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Original packaging must be kept in order to be replaced. Failure to do so will result in replacement, solely, atour discretion.

  • Deposits/ Payment
    On all purchases a 30%, deposit is required. Balance may be paid upon delivery. Credit cards, money orders and cashiers checks are accepted; no personal checks. International orders must be pre-paid in full by international wire transfer, money order, or credit card. All orders over $500.00 must be paid credit card, cashiers check, or money order. All credit card payments are fi nal. Buyer waives all rights to charge back credit card payments. Domestic orders must be pre-paid by credit card, money order or cashiers check. Items will not be shipped until paid in full.
